Refund Policy

1. 30-Day Money Back Guarantee

We stand behind our product. If you're not completely satisfied with Algo Trading within 30 days of purchase, we offer a full refund, no questions asked.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • Request must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date
  • Account must not have generated trading losses exceeding 20% of the initial investment
  • No more than 2 refund requests per customer
  • License must not have been sold or transferred to another party

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact our support team at refunds@algotrading.my with:

  • Your account email address
  • Your license key
  • Brief explanation of why you'd like a refund
  • Your original receipt or proof of purchase

4. Refund Processing

Upon approval of your refund request:

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method
  • Bank fees or currency conversion charges are not covered
  • Your license will be deactivated immediately

5. What's Not Covered

The following are not eligible for refund:

  • Upgrade fees or additional services purchased
  • Trading losses incurred while using the platform
  • Requests made more than 30 days after purchase
  • Licenses that have been transferred to other users

6. Subscription Plans

For recurring subscription plans, you may cancel anytime. You will not be charged for future billing cycles. Refunds for subscription payments are issued for unused months only.

7. Exceptional Cases

Special circumstances are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If you believe your situation warrants an exception, please provide detailed documentation when contacting our support team.
